We provide Pan-India shipping. Standard domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days.

📍 Event Pre-Orders & Store Pickup
For orders placed specifically for Events or Store Pickups:
- Products can be collected directly from our Authorized Stall/Store at the designated venue.
- Please present your Digital Receipt or Order ID at the counter to claim your package and exclusive event offers.
- Items not collected during the event period will be redirected to our warehouse; additional shipping charges may apply for home delivery.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
As our products fall under the Food & Spices category, we maintain strict hygiene standards.
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is 'Damaged during transit' or 'Wrong Item Delivered'.
- Requirement: An Unboxing Video is mandatory to process any damage-related claims.
- Refunds: Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
