Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the product/service received does not match the description on our platform or is received in a damaged condition.
Any request for a refund must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery or transaction. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. For Event Pre-orders, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event start date.
To request a refund, please contact us at sagatmart@gmail.com with your Order ID and a specific reason for the request. We may require photo or video proof (Unboxing Video) to process your claim.
